Q:I've set up notification alerts, but my device isn't receiving them?
A:1. Confirm that the APP and device are successfully connected;
2. Check if the app should exit and not run in the background. It is recommended to enable background running permissions.
3. Confirm whether the notification reminder switch for the corresponding application is turned on on the APP device page;
4. Confirm that there is a message box in the phone's system notification bar. If you do not receive any messages in the phone's notification bar, please go to the system settings to enable notifications.5. The device needs to remain connected to the phone at all times, and Bluetooth must be kept on.
